    How is everyone doing with the fears/anxiety about coronavirus? Have you turned to ritual to calm yourself and stay centered?

    I’ll admit depressive thoughts about world affairs have affected my practice. I’ve learned that, for me, it helps to give time for my feelings and not judge myself if I perform “sub-par”. Scaled back Ostara completely and only burned a green candle on my altar (with oracle cards that were spring-related) while journaling.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for easy meditative/self-care/rituals I can get myself to do during these low-energy moments?


    Hey Mel Na, it’s such a weird tough time at the moment isn’t it? I think many of us need to be kind to ourselves at this time, and remember that scaling back is ok right now.
